    Individuals in this role need to pack items that have been picked or require binning. Individuals are responsible for packing items that require additional pre-packing or outbound packaging. Certification for Warehouse Picker

    Individuals in this role need to pick items from storage. Individuals are responsible for picking items according to an inventory list. Additional responsibilities could at times include loading and unloading cargo, labeling, re-packaging items and documenting cargo that has been moved. The difference in tasks performed under the picker role thus varies according to the volume of operations, however the core function of the role is to pick items from storage and ensure they are ready to be sent out.

Certification for Warehouse Supervisor

    A warehouse supervisor manages daily operations at a warehouse, typically overseeing a team of employees. Warehouses act as storehouses for a flow of goods moving to and from different points, making inventory control a critical part of the job for a warehouse supervisor. As supervisors of the daily operations in warehouses, warehouse supervisors are concerned with keeping the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse smooth. They manage the inventory, ensure that it is arranged logically and efficiently, and direct their employees as they process incoming and outgoing goods. Incoming shipments must be checked against bills of lading and entered into inventory, while outgoing goods must be packaged properly and accompanied with their own bills of lading.     Loader/Unloader in the Logistics industry is also known as Loader, Transport Associate. Individuals in this role need to identify goods based on the product code, unload them from the truck onto the inbound area and move them to the staging area. A similar sequence is done for loading. Their responsibilities include identifying damaged goods and moving goods safely. A job as a Truck Loader and Unloader falls under the broader career category of Laborers and Freight, Stock, and Material Movers, Hand.

    This job requires the individual to concentrate on the job at hand and complete it without any errors. Certification for Inventory Clerk

    Inventory Clerk in the Logistics industry is also known as Inventory Executive. Individuals in this role need to collect the stored items list, perform physical counting of goods, cross checking the physical count with the system numbers. Their responsibilities include locating missing items for reconciliation and preparing detailed reports for the management. The Inventory Control Clerk relies on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and monitor inventory within the warehouse.

    This job requires the individual to have a detailed understanding of the different items stored in the warehouse, keen observation skills to identify missing items and locate floating inventory in the warehouse. The individual should also be skilled in accurately counting physical goods.

Certification for Forklift Operator

    Individuals at this job need to operate a forklift for loading and unloading heavy raw materials, parts, assemblies and finished goods within the shop floor and in stores/warehouse for various manufacturing processes of an organization.

    This job requires the individual to drive continuously for long hours in physically demanding conditions on the shop floor. Individual must be physically fit and have a good sense of balance, ability to judge distances and good eye-hand-foot coordination. The individual should also be able to demonstrate skills for information ordering, oral expression and comprehension.

Certification for warehouse quality checker

    Warehouse Quality Checkers are also know as Warehouse Quality Assessors or Quality Inspectors. Individuals in this role are responsible for inspecting the quality and checking conformance to specifications of inbound as well as outbound goods, segregating goods that do not meet requirements and documenting the results.

Goods Packaging Machine Operator

    Individuals in this role are responsible for operating packaging equipment to pack goods and pasting labels onto the sealed packing cases. In case of large scale operations, the labelling operation might be done by a separate person.
